YES Phil (the EX cop) did give the judge a manufactured document. It was a fake document and the witness verbally stated next to the judge his company did not create it. Face to face. Philip Provenzano is a dirty cop. The local mall is hiring!!! They will give him a paint ball gun and a nice bright shiny plastic badge!

Well so far this just a civil case and the defendant should have know better than to try to deceive anyone. This case however has nothing to do with him as a police officer directly though it could have hurt him in the future if he stayed on the job. A good defense attorney would say "You did try to deceive a civil court in an action you had against a contractor" and then the attorney could rip him a new one and jury wouldn't believe the officer even if he was telling the truth 100%. Better for him to resign and move on. Pretty stupid thing to do over $ 120 bucks that it would have cost to finish the job.

Provenzano is a piece of filth and and has been a dirty cop for years. He and his family should suffer for the deeds and actions he performed over the years.

Nearly three years ago I was pulled over in Fairport because, as the cop states, 'I was driving a BMW.' They claimed suspicion of alcohol. I went through the tests and cooperated through every request of the officers. The lead officer on scene was agressive and confrontational and was doing anything he could to egg me on including yelling, spitting, and insulting me. I kept my cool until, after being hand-cuffed, he shoved me into the car. I said get off your effing power trip. He took me down to the ground, while hand-cuffed, and pounded my head into the pavement. Another officer then picked me up off the ground, shoved me in this officers direction where he took me to the ground again and proceeded to beat my face with the butt of a flash light, all while hand cuffed. The back of my skull was bleeding. The bridge of my nose was bleeding. They charged me with failure to maintain my lane, dwi, assaulting a police officer, resisting arrest, criminal tampering (because i was bleeding in their car, also had to pay a fine for forensic cleaning) and several other traffic violations. I lawyered up with Fiandach, and given the fact that it was going to be my word against 6 Fairport cops and the felony charges I was facing, I could do nothing but accept a plea bargain. The arresting officer was Phil Provenzano. He's a scum bag and a liar. He deserves worse. But this is a start. At least he's exposed.

Brother, I completely believe you. The Fairport PD, officer Boddy specifically, involved me in an incident back in the late eighties that had completely changed the way I though about the police. Like your average citizens that never has interacted with the police, I used to think that if you were accused of something by the police then you are probably guilty. Now I think that police always pad the charges, manufacture evidence, don't really care if you are innocent or guilty, and outright lie in court.

I was in my twenties back then when an elderly coworker was burglarized in Fairport. I installed new deadbolts, donated by our employer, on two of his entryways. Next thing I know, officer Boddy from the Fairport PD is asking me in to answer some questions and thinking that I'm helping, I comply. Next thing I know this guy is threatening to throw me in jail. They pulled this stunt with the two way glass where one of them pretended to be a witness who claimed to have seen me breaking in and they created forged statements and showed them to me. Boddy kept on saying that if I confessed then they would 'help' me and I could go home but if I didn't confess then I was going right to jail and that they would add additional charges. I told them they were crazy and that I'm ready to talk to a lawyer. Ten minutes later, I'm back home but not before they threaten me with a beat down if I talk to any of the witnesses in the forged statements. I'm marrried to one of the witnesses today! That wasn't the end though, the FPD went to my place of work under the pretense of asking questions about my whereabouts during my work days and then I was fired at the end of that week. Then the FPD harrassed all my friends and told them that I was guilty of burglery and if they didn't give them any dirt on me then they were accessories. Fairport PD is just as dirty as the rest of them. Thank God for the jury system. Even that isn't perfect but at least you aren't at the mercy of kroocked keystone kops like the Fairport PD. This is why when I see news of these dirty cops come up, I make a point of dropping their name and their crime in every forum possible whenever the oppurtunity comes up because they don't deserve to live it down. Scumbags.

Read my comment above.
I am 100% positive that a Fairport cop would not have any ethical qualms about bringing manufactured documents into court as evidence. You know, when I think long and hard about my life, the incident I had with the Fairport police always comes up and it makes me feel deep regret that I was so young and naive at the time that I didn't pursue criminal charges against them. I had lost my employment, my friends and most importantly, my reputation because of their brazen ignorance and blatant misuse of their authority. A person is idiotic if they believe that cops are not capable of committing a crime during their duties as an officer. They do it A LOT more than you think and they justify it as 'doing society a favor'.

"The cops were still trying to process this new information (or pretending to) when Maple managed to locate all the stolen furniture"

I love the Cracked site. Their articles are hilarious.

The whole time that the Fairport cops were trying to set me up and ruin me I kept on thinking to myself "Here are these Keystone Kops busting the stones of a guy who is working two jobs just to barely get by for the crime of helping out an old guy and meanwhile the actual thief could be waltzing right by their window with the stolen goods doing the River Dance and they would never even make the connection" Never have I ever met a bigger bunch of clowns than the Fairport PD.
.
As far as the old guy? Well, he was very old and lived alone. His only son lived in Arizona and never saw him. He was kind of like the company mascot at work. The older customers used to love to come in and shoot the bull with him. We all used to look out for him. One year we all got together and painted his house, I would fix things in his house or I would take him out for a fish fry or we would just stop by and chat over a beer. He was kind of feeble minded at times and started spending all his money on mail order crap and was hoarding stuff so I would try to sway him away from those things. Well, the Fairport PD convinced him that I was their guy and he believed them. After the Fairport PD got me fired, I pretty much never heard from him again. That was a long time ago...I'm sure the case was never solved before the old man died. I wonder how many donuts have been consumed by the Fairport PD since then.

In a nut shell:
The overhead door company filed suit first. Phil countered and that counter is why Phil produced a fraudent document in an attempt to prove his case. That document was NOT an estimate but more of a paid bill for services. That document was created by Cory, his brother.
As for the overhead door company's owner, his Mom was gravely ill with cancer for eight months. By caring for her between 2 other siblings 24 hours per day, 7 days per week (all the while caring for her needs during the night) will burn you out in one night. Any parent will wish their own will care for them in such a dedicated loyal way as that family did.
The alleged contractor who was thought to create that document did stand up but only after the suboena was given. That contractor is well known to be honest no matter who he's dealing with.
The clincher is Phil hitting the overhead door owner's shoulder with his own right outside the judges courtroom! Owner files a report and Phil was forced out. PERMANENTLY no matter where he goes. DA will never contact him for any ongoing case.

Dealing with the brother as a landlord...try that...he wants people to turn in false landlord statements to dss to "try and get as much money as he possibly can out of them" stating they live in bigger apartments with more bedrooms than they actually are renting. Awesome person. So I throw his name into the search bar and pull up this article about he and his brother, the cop?, WOW that's all I can pretty much say....I just cannot believe how money hungry some people are that they will actually risk their freedom and the freedom of others as well to get another dollar. Disgusting. And, not to mention hes trying to get those extra dollars from the taxpayers through the welfare system. Yeah, we are lucky to have cory enter into the landlord/tenant industry for sure. Again, WOW.
