While the shootings occurred in the identical location in the 200-block of Depew Street, police have not determined whether they are connected.

“The Rochester police department continues to investigate these events,” the release reads.“However, at this point in time it has not been ascertained if all incidents are related.”

Friends of the man shot Saturday, however, said the violence was not a coincidence.

“There’s going to be a lot more of this,” said LaToya Brown, who spent Monday morning at a makeshift candle vigil on Depew Street and was there just before Sunday’s shooting.

Unreal Irony she was shot while attending a traditional rochester candle light vigil for someone who was just shot and killed! Almost as bad as the guy that got shot at his friends funeral who was shot.

I think Rochester is in for a "Record Breaking" summer.

When is it going to warm up? Thugs don't like to work period let alone put in overtime to make up for lost time.

We have asked them not to carry candles, because they make easy targets. It was in our February newsletter.
