Downtown Businesses Still Not Paid For "The Amazing Spider-Man"

The Mayor is an attorney.
He should have known what to do to make sure his own city residents were not bothered or loss any money on this.
He was the one who allowed it to take place.
I say they should sue the City and the fat white Mayor, to teach them NOT to do anything as stupid as this again.
These are public streets, there is new rules for the East End Fest that forbids them from completely closing down streets, so what happened in this situation???
Shame on the fat Mayor, Lovely should be addressing this issue and pointing out the fat Mayors failures.
