Piss poor law enforcement of traffic laws, very few roadblock safety checks by city police (mostly by State Cops), lots of sitting on their butts in cruisers.

This is a very old report; came out in the Spring. I moved my Auto Insurance from Allstate and saved $60 a month for the exact same insurance. Pays to shop around.

Maybe the insurance companies should stop insuring drunk drivers over and over, when they are the ones that account for over 1/3 of the crash fatalities.

Because of State mandated insurance, high risk drivers are put into the States pool for insurance companies at huge auto insurance costs to the drivers. I know the costs from experience because Allstate lost my records when my insurance man retired. Allstate then refused to insure me. Why should insurance companies not participate; they're soaking us to drive.
