Another Vigil? The black ministers out in full garb again. Well most in the black community do not give a crap. They do not care about their kids future, their own future, being successful and they sure do not value life or have religion in their life. Many on drugs living off the system. We have animals running the streets, Many as young as 10 in gangs. A few blacks and a few ministers walking in a Vigil can not change 90% of the city community. It has only gotten worse. It all starts in the home. Parents who do not give a crap is the problem. It ends in the jails or cemetery. The kids do not even show up for K - 6. Why? They parents do not care. Its the teachers fault, its the police, its the landlord, its the legal system or its always someone to blame but mother or father if he is around. No it starts in the home. Vigils? No one cares.

More Vigils? Nothing changes. The black culture needs to change. Care about your kids, Go to school and be involved, make sure they are in school, know where they are and who they are with. It all starts in the home. If things continue as they are, most of our cities will not be habitable in 10 years but war zones full of thugs and gangs.

Some local residents are saying enough is enough. They hit the pavement Saturday morning in hopes of showing the city's youth that there is a better way of life. The walk was not only to promote peace, but it was to help get guns out of the wrong hands. They do not care. We will have more shootings this month, next month and next year.

Rochester Police Chief James Sheppard says this is what he wants, getting the community together to help. They 90% do not care. The 10% just do not get it.
