Rahn's 2012 Parole hearing transcripts. A lot more 'ownership' and a lot less stammering. Seems that there was a lot of 'saying what they want to hear'.

Well they certainly cannot keep him in jail forever. He didn't drive the car that injured the woman, Joseph did. He didn't use his powers to sexually harrass women, Pignato did. So in my eyes, he has done his time. He deserves another chance in life. He lost his pension...that's huge! Or did he retire first, does anyone know? I believe he did lose his pension. But I may be wrong.

You are right. He has suffered enough. I just can't stand a dirty cop or rogue police departments.

I believe he is getting a pension.

Thanks for the info! Well he did work for 40+ years....but still....too bad we have to pay him. That's a heck of a lot of money for a dirty cop!

Here is Nick Josephs parole hearing transcript from January.

http://www.13wham.com/media/lib/16/c/9/8/c98f...

He was stuck between a rock and a hard place. If he wanted to get out then he would have to admit all guilt and take ownership of the crimes he was convicted of but that would have tainted his appeal. So he had to 'throw' this hearing. He states in this transcript that he will be getting his pension. Not sure if that still stands today.

He wont get his pension unless he wins on appeal, thats the only way he'll get it. Plus back pay if he wins on appeal.

That's the part that's confusing me. This transcript was from January 2012 and mentions an appeal several times but yet I am finding articles dating back to 2010 that state that his appeal was denied. Do you have any insight on that?

How can he already have all sorts of job offers and contracting jobs lined up? Sounds fishy to me.

Daily Horoscope for May 18

Cancer

Love could catch you by surprise today. You might be strongly attracted to someone who isn't your usual type at all but who makes your knees go weak all the same, or you could get caught up in an illicit relationship that's exciting because it has to be kept a secret. If you're already involved with someone they'll need plenty of freedom and won't appreciate feeling emotionally tied down. You need to let them off the leash for a short while!
