Rochester woman charged under Leandra's Law

A Rochester woman is accused of driving drunk on the Inner Loop with a 6-year-old in the car.

At first I thought she had multiple piercings too, but I think those are actually a type of wart on her face. I know she did bad, but I feel sorry for her too. That dark one though, she needs to see a dermatologist asap. I bet she was very pretty when she was younger. Life is hard for many, and she seems to have lost her way.

I agree, Hint. She looks very, very beaten down. Definitely has had a rough life. But about those piercings...I downloaded her pic and zoomed in best I could...they are for sure piercings.
