Mayor Warren wants to build hotels near Ontario beach, townhomes and condos and turn the failed Port Authority building into space for retail business. The projected costs are millions of dollars.

What is this woman thinking about? Maybe she wants to leave a legacy like Obama!! Charlotte, at the southern end, has nice and well kept homes. But, the closer you get to the business area, everything starts to look dumpy. The Port Authority was a failed venture the city had to bail out and it failed again. Now she wants to throw more money out the window in an attempt to turn a sows ear into a purse.

This women is clueless, and continues to demonstrate, almost daily, that she does not understand how to run a city. I wonder who is advising her? She needs a new staff.

Seemingly, her election was like that of Obama; time for change. Like Obama, Warren has selected her relatives, and friends and in the same ethic mix as Obama did. Sorry to play the race card, but, she's been in office how many months and had how many of her staff get in trouble with the law?

Any city leaders that vote for her foolishness are leading Rochester into debt that we can't recover from. There is nothing she's going to do to help the black community like blacks hoped for when they voted for her. Same thing happened with Obama. When do these people learn?

It's been my understanding that parking can be a major problem on weekends and special events.Take away all the land for the 160 slip boat marina, build a hotel and some town houses and just how much space will be left for parking?

The parking is going to be a nightmare this summer. They have already closed one section of the parking lot..........
