Well is Duffy and the RPD taking credit for the rise of the homicide rate????
As they all rushed to take credit when it was down.
Funny how when it's down they take credit, but when it's up they blame others like the community.

Well now, that wouldn't be fair now would it? Other races are commiting crimes as well. Why should blacks take all of the blame?

This is why Duffy is trying to get away from Rochester, he doesn't want to be around when the poop hits the fan, or it will make him look bad.

So should blacks take responsibility for this too?

Blacks should have stopped this guy from breaking into Mr. Rahn's squad car and steling his issued gun.

So far, this is the only comment that makes sense. They seem to be in denial.

We've got the same Mayor and the same police chief, so there should be no excuse for crime to be on the rise.

Ok, you win. The evidence is too compelling. I can't compete with your vast sources of information and facts. If I confirm that you are right about everything, will you go away? Do we have a deal? Let me know. I will confirm that you are the superior poster, in writing, and you give me your oath that you will sit by quietly without offering your views in writing for 2 weeks on any topic. I think that is fair and equitable agreement. I will concede to your extraordinary knowledge of everything. This offer expires at midnight this date.

Wow! An awesome deal like this is far fetched. Let me think about it for a few seconds.

NO.

As long as we can agree to disagree, then I don't see what the problem is. Wasn't it you who said that "blacks should get blamed for all violence in the community"? Well, In return I posted links to disapprove your statement. I mean, I'm fed up with certain memebers of my community, but there are blacks all around me and there are good and bad ones. Ones who likes to break into peoples homes and steal things, and ones who try to raise their families the best way that they know how. So when I read you or anyone else repeatedly type about "blacks this and that", I will respond with what it is that I know. I value your personal opinions about my race, but will still dispute the inaccuracies of such opinions.

By the way, my conclusion is that instead of worrying about black people you sould be worrying about these people. Good luck for 2011.

Ok, you're negotiating. I respect that. Never except the first offer. What else do you want? And, yes, it was an awesome deal - can't understand why you choose to pass. It's off the table until we can reach a reasonable agreement.

Yes blacks are to blame for crime in the community,
it's black police chief moore and is stupid boss doofey.

How come eyes are always on the city's crime, yet never on the rising crime in the burbs???

Why is it that a minority of a general population is the majority of criminals in the county and state lockup institutions?
Not just in Rochester but in Syracuse, Buffalo, and other Northern cities?

Because of this new and ridiculous thug lifestyle attitude going around. I blame the music, but many people tend not to think so. Has anyone listened to that garbage lately? Sex, drugs and violence. Nothing positive to say at all. Just have babies, kill each other and deal drugs for money. What lunicy and stupidity.
