Ha Ha wrote: <quoted text> I HAVE gone through this type of loss with several friends in the military. And I recenty lost a friend who is a contractor in Iraq ... And I still think stalking this woman in court leaves the fireman looking a little foolish. Since it is my (Webster) tax dollars that pay for this foolishness, get back to work! Agree. They will not, in any way, influence a federal judge (no politics, on the bench for life)... so what's the point? To advertise the WFD. We feel bad about their loss, it is a tragedy at the hands of a whacko. Being in court accomplishes nothing. I doubt Dawn Nguyen had a clue what she was doing. She thought, stupidly, she was helping a friend by purchasing the guns. Nguyen currently has enough pressure in her life without these guys compounding it. Justice will be done, no thanks to them sitting in court.

Yup she has pressure!... my heart bleeds for her... How about a young woman with 2 small children and no Husband or father for her childer, Or the parents of a great young man 19years old that will never see him graduate college, get married, have his own children. No pressure there! Stupid people need to understand that there are consequences for their actions... it's a tough world out there.. it's high time they step up and start to deal with it !

I doubt you'd recognize YOUR stupid actions you've made over your lifetime if you were hauled into court and listen the crimes someone else did!

After he killed his grandmother, Spengler was offered a deal by the Assistant D.A. to plead guilty to manslaughter, which he took. The sentence was 20 years only. They had to let him out, even though he cursed out members of the parole board and stated that he would kill again. He never should have been offered a plea deal, it should have gone to trial where he would have been convicted of murder and more likely than not would have spent the rest of his life in jail. And those two Webster firefighters would be alive right now. It was a cluster f**k of the highest order, if you want to blame anyone, blame the D.A. who went for the cheap plea deal rather than go to trial and charge him with murder. This man brutally murdered his grandmother, there is no way in hell there should have been a manslaughter plea on the table. As for Dawn Nguyen, the Webster firefighters are not "stalking" her. They have every right to be there at her hearings and eventual trial. Two colleagues of theirs are dead, partially because of this irresponsible woman, who hopefully will get convicted.

What part of "Volunteer" is it that you can't grasp? They were volunteers when they responded to the call on Christmas eve morning as they are when they respond to the courthouse. They dont get paid to risk their lives for you even in fairport! They leave their jobs, families and put their lives on the line every day for you bunch of thankless selfcentered morons... Lemme guess HaHa You are really Morality's illegitimate son right? just a wild ass guess but I would bet you have never volunteer'd for a thing, to help others for nothing is well beyong your scope! I HAVE been involved in several "Volunteer" events. I was called up to help with the Ice storm in 91. I was called up to help on 9/11 in NYC. I was to Katrina for 2 weeks to provide aid.(Katrina had looters who shot at aircraft.) I want to Binghamton twice when it flooded to rescue folks who did not respond to the call to evacuate and needed to be airlifted out. But, I didn't waste my time going to court to see anyone involved any of those events getting prosecuted. Not the terrorist, not the looters and not people who ignored the call to evacuate. And No, I am not anyone's illegitimate son ... I just think that these firemen are following the wrong person. sure she bought the weapons ... but she didn't shoot anyone.
