Only Petit Larceny?

If she was black they would have also charged her with Burglary, cause she went on the property to commit a crime.

No it does not.
It is simply entering the property illegal with intent to commit a crime.

I'm sure you can find a few black charged with it while shoplifting at Eastview only a few days ago.

look it up, even look the law up, but what ever you do STFU.

The NY penal code only will show I was right.

No, go look at the link. What you are describing is called criminal trespass. States like Florida include what is called curtilage IF the property is completely enclosed by a fence. New York's penal code does include the curtilage clause. Your definition of burglary is incorrect by dictionary and N.Y. penal code definition.

We are not in florida.

If you tell someone to get off your property and they stay on, they can be charged with criminal trespass. You don't have to commit a crime on the property to be charged with criminal trespass.
And if a person enter a property with intent to commit a crime it is then call burglary.
I'm not going to explain it to you again , so have a nice day.

O.K. Marcus, RPD sucks, Leroy all of which are just Rhonda. READ THE GOD DAMN PENAL CODE. STEALING FROM A YARD IS NOT BURGLARY. The mall theft is not the issue here and if you would stop being such a coward you will see why the theft at the mall can be considered burglary and why the theft of a sign from a front yard is not burglary. BURGLARY IS THEFT FROM AN OCCUPIED BUILDING OF WHICH ALSO INCLUDES VEHICLES AND OUT BUILDINGS ON THE SAME PROPERTY AS AN OCCUPIED BUILDING. Effing hell you have no damn clue what your talking about. Here is the damn link again read it and educate yourself.

I know we are not in Florida. Never said we are or that Florida law pertains to us. Learn eading comprehension. Stealing from a yard is not burglary in N.Y..

He's trying to pretend he didn't see it.
He thinks his understanding of the law is correct no matter what and no matter what the police do.
