Under the pilot program, trucks would be able to buy a $750 permit and could use a parking spot in one of three areas to sell their food. It's a total of six spots.
For $750 smackaroo's.
What a joke. I wouldn't buy ONE French fry from any of these trucks.

What is your objections to this? I feel the program is too restrictive and the fees to high.

Off topic, yes I tend to cook here and there, I am not the best cook but I do love to eat. Just answering your question from earlier, the thread has been removed.
