According to Governor Cuomo's office, a website has been created with resources for schools. It has ways to identify chronic absenteeism and ideas to help keep students coming to class. The site also has data to educate parents about the negative impact skipping school.

They parents do not care. I do not Cuomo gets it.

The Parents do not care Cuomo. He does not get it. Cut off the welfare and you will get their attention.
