Her good name is destroyed, her reputation as a Nurse is crumbled & her name was smeared throughout the region... She can NOT get a job in Rochester just because of the ALLEGATIONS....The PEOPLE found her guilty long before the court system could even make a peep.... HOW IS THIS A GOOD THING. She was aquitted... big deal... even she said she was black-listed. I hope Nellie can find the work she loves. Nurses are a special breed... Good Luck Nellie Weller!!

I truly beleive that this person was innocent and sometimes employers are too fast to point fingers or report things without investigating first. Miss weller is a decent person and a wonderful nurse. I hope she can find someone who will trust her and hire her. just another friend

Here's another case of " CONCERN " .

Report a Concern and drag a person through the mud . That's todays game to get to their end means .

I hope she sues . That's the only way she'll get the money she's lost .

she is innocent you ever work in those dumps?? anything you do that makes common sense is deemed unsafe. restraining the patient does not hurt them eating your p o o will kill you.

Actually nothing says she is innocent. She was acquitted. That just means there was not enough evidence to convince the jury or a judge of guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. The employer saw something

what happened was she restrained a patient because they were digging in their p o o and eating it!! that is all she did. but because you have these stupid liberals thinking if you restrain someone its abuse. eating p o o is worse every heard of the word hepatits or ecoil?? you people who do not work in the medical field do not know what a pain it is!! your dammed if you do and dammed if you dont!!

These agencies drag an employees good name through the mud. Even when vindicated, a person ends up not working forever. Get an attorney and send a very strong message to the industry!

Should not a man's reach exceed his grasp?

Or so the phrase would have us believe?
