I've heard nothing but complaints about Direct Buy.
Costs around $5000 to join.
I try to tell them what aholes they are when I see them at a home show.

Biggest scam ever.
Operating right out in the open.
NYS A.G. should be ASHAMED.
Office of Consumer Affairs, another pathetic clawless, toothless waste of funding.
These scammers got away with outright theft.
They got so many lemmings to sign away their rights. BRILLIANT on their part really.

"The BBB says DirectBuy has a F rating because there was a significant government action involving the business' marketplace conduct."
All a company has to do to earn an A+ rating from the BBB is respond to complaints rather than ignore them. It took a significant government action against DirectBuy to force the BBB to wake up.
