Universally they need to find a job. Welfare can do good if given to the right deserving down on luck people. But being lazy or having a false sense of entitlement does not count for down on luck or deserving.
We need stricter guidlines and to police one another on this. It is time for a change in this county state and country, we need wistleblowers. We can no longer turn our backs to this. It is our business if you are cheating the system its our money.

The difference with that is that all them WHITE people on welfare had good jobs and paid INTO the system and now deserve to use it, and all them blacks that are in the system now never paid a dime into it and want to collect on something because they are no good lazy old asses like pig single is. They feel like whitey owes them a living and that is pure BUNK, They are lazy no goods and need to be educated on how to work and pay their own way!!!
