Arunas Chesonisis a POS

I would like to thank that POS snake Arunas Chesonis for destroying Downtown Rochester with his completely fabricated plans for a new skyscraper at Main and Clinton. If it wasn't for him we might have still had a nice urban mall in our center city. If it wasn't for him going on with his plans (THAT HE KNEW FROM THE BEGINNING WERE NEVER GOING TO UNFOLD) for redevelopment of Midtown, we might have actually found a serious urban developer who would've built something worth coming downtown for, rather than a 3 story office building that looks like the last poop I took.
It's YOUR fault, Arunas Chesonis that Rochester has an enormous hole in the middle of our central business district.
It's YOUR fault, Arunas Chesonis that the Midtown block of Rochester will be NOTHING.
It's YOUR fault, Arunas Chesonis that no developer wants to touch Rochester anymore.
It's YOUR fault for EVERYTHING, Arunas Chesonis. YOU killed downtown Rochester!!!!!
I hope you're proud of yourself.

And let us not forgive Mr. Robert "I can help the city better in Albany even though Rochester will never see a dime of the billions Buffalo and Syracuse got" Duffy for what he did. He is just as responsible for this mess.

Cry babies. Grow-up, get a life. Must be tough to be a worthless victim all the time.

It is sad not to see Midtown there anymore. I never wanted it gone. It killed me too when I would see the disrepair it was in when I would go buy music and grab something to eat from BK when using the bus. The record store there had a great selection of all kinds of music, even somewhat obscure stuff. It was left to rot for a long time. I'm glad I at least got to see MidTown as a true mall fas a kid int he 80's it was brief and towards the end of it's hey day, but it was busy and full of good stores still.
I hated it going. Still, I can't rule out the possibility that my nostalgia for the place clouds my thoughts. I tend to feel the same as you about Midtown, but maybe that love of the building doesn't allow us to accept the possibility that it was to far gone for someone to want to or be able to rehab it. I mean it was falling apart in places and was built with asbestos. Not saying it had to go and not even saying it should have. I miss the hell out of seeing it and taking the occasional walk around the place. Even when it was less then spectacular it was nice.
Arunas Chesonis. Even if Midtown did have to go. That guy screwed us. I

Hey Kwame, I think me and you are about the same age. Do you remember going to see Santa at Midtown? Do you remember there was the Monorail and the Mountain in the mall, and all that jazz.. But then at Sibly's they had their own Santa. You would walk down this dark, kinda creepy, tunnel thing to see him and get a Rudolph coloring book and a kazoo that looked like a trombone on the way out. I still got one somewhere. Seems it's not as well remembered by some.

What blacks ? Those are European immigrants that destroyed Rottonchester .
Maybe your confused .
Black people are friendly and polite . They always build a neighborhood community up . They plant gardens and flowers , they participate in school and outreach programs for poor children .
They have guns to keep the streets safe from crime . Blacks hate drugs , you won't find drugs in a black home . They love malls and shopping . Midtown mall was a safe and wonderful place . The blacks enhanced the mall with their thoughtful presence .
These Damn Europeans .... Always ruining cities .
