Maybe they should get the Town Supervisor along with local church groups to go around knocking doors to see what the problem is??

Maybe if you actually read the story you would see what the problem is.

"They’re sick, or they’re caring for a sick family member, attending mandatory meetings and conferences, missing work because of a death in the family, or serving on jury duty."

You are such an idiot

I heard all them excuses from the city black kids that miss school.

Obviously these white teachers have a problem if their rate is higher then others.

Where does it say white teachers in the story ? oh that's right it doesn't, so you made that portion up as usual.

"although a handful of employees each year with long-term illnesses or maternity leaves skew that average substantially upward."

I guess that black teachers aren't allowed to teach in Greece, is that what you are saying.

That wouldn't be acceptable by the white media if they were talking about city school teachers or students and you know it.

Well looks like I was right and you were wrong AGAIN.

No black teacher in Greece. What do you have to say or that??
You assumed that there had to be and there is NOT, so doesn't it now seem racist to you??? Sooner or later, you will be on my side and admit that racism is still around.

Where did I say there were black teachers in Greece schools ? Funny, I NEVER said that at all, learn to read. If you notice my statement is in form of a question, notice the ? Mark at the end of the statement. Try again without the twist this time.

So to answer your question, nope wasn't wrong, you just hate that don't you ?

If you're going post something at least be accurate. The article says NO FULL TIME African American teachers.
And that racist coalition you used to refer to this is a joke and unreliable at best.

No it's a fact, care to try again, learn to read. Maybe if you and the band bro's and ho's actually read and comprehended what you were reading, then maybe you wouldn't have such a huge chip on your shoulders. I know I'm asking a lot. LOL

Maybe if Greece has 20 percent black kids and NO black teachers, maybe we should reduce the salaries of the White Teachers by 20 percent?

No chips here. But you always get chippy when someone disagrees with you like here. You are implying that we can't read. Get anger management.

Not getting chippy at all. I'm not implying you can't read or comprehend what you read. I'm telling you point blank you can't read and and comprehend what you are reading. So stop the twist and spin game and just go by facts not assumptions. I could care less if you agree with me or not. Bottom line is when facts are posted you like to disagree. If you didn't notice that would make you ignorant.

Again, you think I'm angry LOL, not at all, i just Lmao at some of these stupid racist posts

No it
wasn't in the form of a question. You made a statement. Questions end with question mark (?), statements end with a period (.). Go back and look at your post.
In either case, if anyone( irregardless of race) doesn't have a permanent position/assignment teaching from Sept to June. They are not teaching, that's why they are called "substitutes"

"I guess that black teachers aren't allowed to teach in Greece, is that what you are saying."

Let me point something out to you simpleton......"is that what you are saying."

Just because I didn't put a question mark at the end, you can clearly see that it's eliciting a response, which means it's in the form of an indirect question which means you should not use a question mark.

I know that you are uneducated by for god sakes, just stop already, you are making yourself look like a fool.

LOL......anything to get your way huh....If they are a teacher certified by the state of New York they are a teacher. Better go back to the story, it said teachers, not teaching. WOW, your ignorance just blew up in your face on this one.

"irregardless" is grammatically incorrect. It's "regardless".
Common error...but just wanted to let you know...

"Usage Note: Irregardless is a word that many mistakenly believe to be correct usage in formal style, when in fact it is used chiefly in nonstandard speech or casual writing. Coined in the United States in the early 20th century, it has met with a blizzard of condemnation for being an improper yoking of irrespective and regardless and for the logical absurdity of combining the negative ir- prefix and -less suffix in a single term. Although one might reasonably argue that it is no different from words with redundant affixes like debone and unravel, it has been considered a blunder for decades and will probably continue to be so."

I think a lot of people have it instilled in their vocabulary and once it's there, hard to break the habit.
