Integrating schools with kid's who do not value education is harming the kid's that do.

Ask some of the hundreds of parents who have fled Greece and Greece Olympia high school.
It's almost as bad as the city schools now and you don't have to ask why. No matter what you reply with you know why.

Sounds more like your fear is doing more harm to them; than the "kids" that don't value education.
