To me, Webster is always that suburb that's overlooked. There are lots of shopping and retail in Webster it is a big town. Why not bring a mall to the town. Not only bring a mall, but a unique one that the other 3 does not have. Like a 3-6 story mall, having it overlook the bay and call it, "Bay Towne Mall."

Just a thought. Any other thoughts?
