Man Charged After Woman Robbed & Beaten

Troopers got a call of a man beating up a woman on the Inner Loop at the Scio Street exit ramp.

Police were able to locate the suspect, who was identified as 21 year old Michael Connor of Campbell Park, Rochester. He is accused of punching the woman in the face, kicking her windshield, breaking it, and taking her car.

Campbell Park is crappy area near Jay & Glide. Pretty Dark over there.
Plus with Crack and Horse possession, it points to a Cullerd.

It's a common name and there is several whites in ROchester with that name to. If you read the story it sounds more like a white guy, plus it has no mugshot so thats a dead give away that it's a white guy.
