So, do we pay the life guards to just stand there all day, to talk to each other and cops trying to hook up with them?>?>

I moved out of Rochester but still like to read the local news. Went to the beach here in Florida today! Weather was great and water was 90 degrees! Hello people! Time to get out of that sad city! It's almost 4th of July and your weather STILL isnt all that great! Time is running out! Two more months and then it's all down hill from there! LOL

This is ridiculous. How often are the beaches here EVER open? They always find some excuse. Let's face it, the beach is always closed unless it's ideal conditions....which hardly ever happens. I think they are being a little too over-cautious. People swam for like 100 years on those beaches without a problem, but now, all of the sudden, we need tests daily to keep us all safe. What a crock. Over-zealous self-important idiots!
plz spay or neuter them

Actually the weather here has been gorgeous. Hot & sunny, blue skies, and not as humid as it gets where you are.
I live about 30 minutes from Rochester, and drive just another 30 minutes east to a beautiful sandy beach on a lake that is clear and has excellent swimming.
P.S. no sharks, jellyfish, or saltwater etc...
