Stab them in the eye!

Twice! Just for good measure!

These idiots must be directly related to the idiots at Eberdola AKA RGE.

I would LOVE about (15) minutes of face to face time with the upper level execs from Excellus blue cross / blue shield.

That is all that it would take me to convince them of the errors of their ways in raising rates CONTINUOUSLY.

What is happening with the health care reform??? What a joke!! They raise their rates every year. Myself & many other have not had a raise in several years. No wonder there are so many uninsured, only the rich can afford it.

MVP is also raising their rates. MVP raised rates in July 2009 and raising them again in January 2010...... Andrew Cuomo should be investigating them.......

It's ok for everybody to raise their rates and screw the working class, but nobody comes out to say anything about raising our pay. How are we expected to pay for all these increases? We keep getting screwed over and over.

Oooh, what a surprise!!! Not for nothin' but didn't they anticipate the baby boomers would become of age/elderly? I know they really want people to believe the "baby boomer" excuse...personally I find it insulting. Higher cost, higher co-pays for doctor visits, specialists, in-hospital stays and medication etc. They keep shoving "preventive health care" down our throats but who can afford it! HEALTH CARE REFORM IS A MUST, I prefer HEALTH INSURANCE REFORM because the insurance companies had years to correct their corrupt, greedy ways and they didn't.

I THINK I HAVE THE ANSWER...get everything out of your name. Lease a car.
If you don't own anything they can't put lein against you. I guess it's the AMERICAN way. I always thought working and having something to show for it and paying your own way in life would offer it's own rewards...wrong again!!!!

This is exactly why we need the public option to act as a barganing house to get the best price quote from as many insurance companies as possible
and to negotiate the price of drugs. I am sure if i represented 50 million people I could get some really good rates

Buy your pharmacuticals from the "local vender", I'm pretty sure that after a billion dollar loss the big name companies will lower prices again.

Of course, the head honcho's need a raise & they need more money to waste on "business" trips, expense accounts and other baloney; not for profit, not!

It is intuitively obvious, to the most casual of observer,
that you are sorely in need of this:

Here's a link for you Tom of Fairyport, good luck.

The idea of Blue Cross raising rates while our Governor and President are giving out stimulus checks and back to school check as well as free cell phones is a huge slap in the face for those that have worked their entire life to maintain their healthcare. They want to take away health care and now raise premiums? I worked 27 yrs paying into my medical and I had to wait 2 days to find out if an angiogram would be approved by my insurance company? And all during the time my wife could have had a stroke. Society has become a joke, politics is a joke and the government of the US had better take control. It is now raising a country full of lazy freeloading bums.

LOL. It won't do any good. They will STILL find some excuse to oppose medical coverage reform.

BC/BS started sendin me more crap about going with their coverage way back in March, I had already explained to them in a letter and ON the phone that I already have Med insurance with the VA for anything that can and usually does go wrong with me, DID they listen? Hell no, the kept on bugging me on the phone and in my mailbox, One day It was kinda too warm outside and again I found their crap in my mailbox, so I take it down to the main office of BC/BS and get really loud in the office, I threw all the mailed crap at some asshole and threatened him will bodily harm if he harassed me again, then I walked out, the security guard stopped me and I just glared at him and he made a quick decision to not bother me and stepped aside out of my path.. He knew that in my state of being pissed off, that even if I went to the slammer for assault that he was gonna pay dearly while he recovered in the hospital.. I am 6'6" tall and weigh over 350 lbs and it ain`t baby fat neither..
Then a few weeks later they called me up again and gave me their new sales pitch, I set the phone down and went about my business as they continued to talk into the phone, then after 10 minutes I just hung up on them, I have done that now about 6 times, they announce who they are and the line goes like dead for 5 or 10 minutes while they keep asking if I am still there... This last time was about 2 weeks ago when I again told them I am not INTERESTED in anything they were selling and she just went on as if she didn't hear anything I had just said.. I have called Frontier and they said they couldn't block out just that number cause they'd change the number they'd call from and I would be stuck talking to them anyway, SO I cancelled the telephone and Frontier wasn't happy with that decision either.. Sorry, THATS too bad Frontier.. Deal with it or sue BC/BS.. Anyway, I don't receive any calls from BC/BS but they do mail me more stuff which I give back to the post office and write on it that I refused the JUNK MAIL, I don't know what the U.S.P.S. does with it nor do I care, as long as it isn't in my "Snail" mailbox here..
I do expect that I'll be getting more crap about Medicare, Medicaid, and prescription drug payments in the near future but that isn't something I need either.. AIN'T no one in this world going to dictate to me what I have to have or do in my life from now on.. And because I don't get a w-2 anymore from any former employer I do NOT file with the IRS when April comes around too!!
THIS also means that I don't pay any school taxes and that my county taxes are very low based on what I make a year, NOT what I have stowed away in the 6 different banks I use all over the USA under different names... Not illegal but also untraceable too! My hard work all my life is paying my way NOW and screw all them freeloaders on Welfare, they can rot in hell for all I care!!
