didn't pay their taxes? There's a big difference between being behind in your taxes and TAX FRAUD.

Again you need to read the story here to see that crimes were being committed.

You clueless NITWIT !!!! you either pay your taxes or you don't, there is no in between.

Black dude......

Word today that yet another Barack Obama appointee has a little problem with taxes -- a $10,000 problem. Ron Kirk, the former mayor of Dallas who would be the White House chief trade representative if confirmed, didn't pay taxes on some speaking fees he donated to his alma mater and he tried to write off the full $17,000 costs of his Dallas Mavericks season tickets.

Jurors found that Walter R. Tucker III, born into a deep-rooted political family known as the Kennedys of Compton, took $30,000 in bribes when he was Mayor of Compton in the early 1990s, and was guilty of tax fraud on his 1991 and 1992 returns. Despite the conviction and a sentence of two years in prison,

The Nigerian-born Onunwor won his seat at as the head executor of East Cleveland on a platform vowing to oust city politics of corruption. Onunwor stood firm against the racketeering and corruption charges leveled against him, but was convicted of taking bribes and two counts of tax fraud in September 2004. He was sentenced to nine years in prison and ordered to pay $5 million in restitution on the corruption charges.

LOOK.....it happens to people of all races , not just the one side you like to claim.

I wonder,
After all those Obama appointees that couldn't take office because it became public knowledge that they were behind on thier taxes ... did any of THEM get jail time?

And if being a black man and an Obama supporter keeps you outta jail for not paying taxes ... why didn't Obama pardon Westley Snipes?
