Is the law that long that it couldn't be printed within the story so we could all see exactly what part of the law would have prevented the Newtown shooting from happening??

Where can we find the law that they were trying to pass??

Seems you can watch cable news all day and none of them even tell you what exactly the law is or where to find it.

24/7 all I hear is both sides beaching, but no-one says exactly what they are trying to pass and how it will prevent any of these "news worthy" incidents.

I say pass a law that stops illegal guns from being illegal. A law that will hold accountable legal gun owners that allow their gun to go missing or get stolen. A gun manufacturer or a gun shop owner should NOT be able to have guns go missing or stolen especially over and over, and simply report them missing and buy new ones with the insurance money.
A Sheriff of a County should NOT be allowed to own guns, if he allows them to be stolen by leaving them in a car at a mall.

If stricter laws like these existed these stupid white a-holes would be more careful with their guns and there would be far fewer illegal guns, far fewer shooting in the city, far fewer murders for the police to have to try to investigate.

My laws might not prevent some retarded white kid from stealing his stupid and irresponsible white moms guns and shooting 20 white kids and a few white teachers, but it would surely prevent SEVERAL HUNDRED of young black city kids from being shot every year across America.

Anyone with a brain or moral concern would not care about shootings they would be against the the culture and actual acts of violence and death. If a murderer kills by gun, knife, bomb, or blunt object each death is equally horrific. If thugs don't have guns and want to kill they will kill by other means. This notion that gun violence is somehow more heinous than any other form of deadly violence is ignorant, misguided, and ultimately counter-productive. Your laws would prevent nothing. Black kids killing other black kids is the result of a selfish culture of violence. Look back in history when few inner city youths had access to manufactured guns and just designed homemade zip guns out of springs and pipes.
How come you bring up culture when talking about black crime, but not white crime??

Did you and Mommy Dearest drink from the same fountain today, Crotchety? If so, can you point me in the direction of it so I can steer clear of it? In your world, everything that happens to blacks, even them killing each other with guns they stole and illegally possess, is white people's fault. You get whackier by the minute.

No law whatsoever could have prevented Sandy Hook. With the exception of a totalitarian martial law takeover. Gun control is impossible and would have zero effect in preventing these tragedies. Boston bombing proved the fact that those who wish death will always find a way with guns or not.
same with the war on drugs and war on terror. just creates more chaos. or more stupid laws.

Its the same stupid whites that leave their car doors unlocked at night and complain that someone "broke into it".
Cops shouldn't even respond and insurance companies should even cover if you left them unlocked.

It is not the responsibility of a victim of crime to ensure that others remain honest. I agree that leaving unlocked doors is unwise. On the other hand it does not negate the fact that a theft took place. Under your logic a person with a broken locking system would S.O.L.. Also under your logic a victim of robbery would be at fault if he/she were mugged if walking home at night in the inner city for putting themselves in a time and place were the likelyhood of such an event is elevated.
I don't know if in fact a theft took place cause the person in the news story stated she didn't know if a theft took place and it was just she noticed stuff in her glove box was moved around.

Can you tell me where the "inner-city" is located and where is the "outter-city"?

If you leave a 20 dollar bill on the ground in a public bathroom, don't complain that its a crime when its stolen.
The crime is people like you and the people that leave the car doors unlocked and drain our police system with your own stupidity. Its a crime that my tax dollars have to pay for your stupidity. It's a crime that cops are all at your house investigating your unlocked car when in other areas houses may be getting broke into.

Why is there a law for people who leave the car running and unattended??

Just like its against the law to leave your car running, it should be to leave your car unlocked overnight. You white people are so stupid, you ask for it, you get it, and you complain.

"Finders Keepers, Losers Weepers" is an American culture ... In Japan, if you left $20 on the street it would still be there a week later. To the Japanese, it doesn’t matter if the loser was negligent, all that matters is that they know it isn't theirs to take.

Look back to Hurricane Katrina, where even the cops were looting.
Then look at the tsunami in japan, where people did not loot, in fact they went out and helped look for each other's stuff.
Americans are too quick to avoid responsibility for their own actions. There is ALWAYS a reason why “it’s not my fault”
