Basically, if you live in Monroe County, and live in the country, you might pay a fee in order to get snow plowed.
Stupid people think this is a huge tax increase, but it isnt, its a plan so that people aren't gonna shovel snow into the road.

The white suburbans are going to be pissed, as snow plowing is one of their many so-called entitlements.

City Property owners pay County taxes which then pays the plowing for the roads out in the county for you white people in the burbs.

Is like Obama is taking our city money and giving it to people people in the burbs, who think they are entitled to our city money to pay for the plowing in their area.

We city residents pay for our plowing, so you people in the burbs need to pay for your own plowing.

Its county taxes you idiot, you do live in the county don't you.

You pay state, city and county taxes

People who live in the burbs pay state, town and county taxes.

Your plowing is done by the city which your taxes pay for

Do you really think you are fooling anyone here..... NOPE

The City is in the County, and we pay both city and county property taxes. So basically we city folk pay for our city plows and your suburban plows.

All these years you've used city roads and not once have you contributed to pay for the plowing.
Yet city folk have always paid for city plowing and county plowing.

You people in the burbs think your entitled to use city roads for free.

Town taxes are way more than city taxes, so if anyone piss and moan it should be the suburbanites. You are getting off easy, so quit your crying already.
