Good point. Small miracle that the media reported all for shootings.

Man Shot on Reynolds Street

By: YNN Staff

Rochester police are investigating a shooting on the city's west side late last night. Police say a 24-year-old man was shot once in the torso on Reynolds Street, near Champlain Street around 11:30 p.m. Police say he then walked around the corner to Bartlett Street, where he called police. He was taken to Strong Hospital with what are considered to be non-life threatening injuries. The victim told police it seemed the bullet came out of no where.Police do not have any suspects in custody.

Like I said,RPD doesn't want the suburbanites to see what a warzone the city is.

What a day yesterday. Triple shooting on Hague. Then a few hrs later a bullet riddled car from Clinton arrives at RGH, dumping out a man with lead induced holes. Then a guy gets shot in the face on Merchants and is robbed of $20. Plus at least 2 car jackings.

Today its not even 7 am and another one of ROCs proudest is blasting caps on Winton.

Good grief.

Seriously, the majority of you who post on here are nothing but ignorant. Yes there is a lot of sensless violence going on in the city of Rochester...but the violence doesn't define all the residents who reside in the city. There are a lot of hard working, law abiding citizens who reside in the city, not because they are "scum", but because they choose to live and support the city where they grew up.

Not everybody who lives in the city is scum and it's true there is some nice areas there. There are huge areas of the city that are very dangerous and filled with lawless savages. Decent people, who are smart, know to avoid those areas at all costs. Leave them for the animals and let them wipe each other out. Who cares? The perps and victims are all from the same caste...it's their problem.
