lets hope they finally start going after all who hire or help them stay here.

it would be nice if they would start enforcing our laws here in ca.

the way i see it hiring an illegal aliens should cause full loss of property and assets, leave them nothing.

3,000 fine!? Are you kidding me? The savings in hiring someone for $8 an hour versus $15 or 20 per hour make up for this "fine" in a week or less. Plus the productivity is much much hirer when you hire someone who doesn't need a bunch of breaks, days off, and beetches about hard work.

I agree. Hiring an illegal immigrant who is only here to undermine fair wage and send that money out of the country is a form of treason. Now if they would go after the rich blue bloods who do it on levels that can't be comprehended.

This Country and the standards we've enjoyed up to about 1986 are substandard except for the millionaires that used the American tax payer to subsidize illegals while ruining our wages and standard of living. Employers need to be accountable and prosecuted to the full extent of the law for doing this to our Country. Americans deserved better.I have relatives that bought into hiring them for crap wages, now realizing the mistake it was. And the grief they've put up with in doing so.

breaks are required by law. those not taking breaks are trying to rear kiss the boss, when they have a heat stroke they usually stop trying to brown nose so much and end up getting fired for not taking those required breaks, costs the boss more in the long run.

That little $3k fine will surely make all the other companies stop hiring illegals.
