He wants the community to help? Does he need help stuffing envelopes or something?

When someone in the community does something to help they arrest that person or at least threaten to.

This article is priceless:

"There has been string of violence in Rochester over the last 10 days." GTFO!

"This includes several huge fights near the lilac festival this weekend." Hey Amy, if you ever took grade 5 English you'd know Lilac Festival is capitalized.

"Police Chief Sheppard sent a clear message to the groups that are ruining a good time for everyone else." Hey Grady, what "groups" could this be in reference to?

It's about time chief sheppard to step up your game and come down hard on these people. The violence here in the last 10 days has been disgusting. Let's not let it escalate to other festivals as it did the lilac festival.

I'm not sure what was in your letters nor do I think you need to send a message. They don't need any communication or warning. Just do it.

I believe groups means gangs which sheppard has said he doesn't like that word. Not sure why, I don't care what you call them.

Also, just an fyi on caps on the internet. The actual original rules were no caps at all, even at beginning of sentences. Due to time constraints of your access years ago and also due to being in chat rooms where the text flowed quickly and also people not being typists.

They can't blame Whitey for any of this.
