A Rochester Police Officer fired his gun at a suspect during a foot chase Saturday just after 3 p.m.

Police say the office responded to the reports of a large fight near Avenue B and St. Paul Street. After arriving on the scene a male reported to have a gun ran away, the police officer began pursuing the suspect.

Police then say that the man pulled out a pistol, the police officer than fired at the man but did not make contact. The man was arrested and is currently in custody.

No one was hurt in the shooting.

And the D&C puff piece on affordable housing wants to move this culture to "your" town or suburb.

Thanks but NO thanks.

"You people" are your own worst enemies.
Yeah, you're right ... that stuff probably never happens.

Refresh my memory, did the cops go to one of the wonderful alphabet avenues to to direct traffic for a church social or just your average urban gathering?

What I am saying is that our current police force is a bureaucratic organization that has more allegiance to themselves than to the public.

And IF you need help, calling the cops isnít always gonna help.

You're gonna see what you are looking for ...

I personally made no assumption about race.

But, yet you found one in an article I posted ... so sure, you found what you were looking for.

with our current debt problem ... maybe it is time to reduce the police force by 50%... and allow more gun permits.

Who bettet to protect us than ourselves ...
