It's comical.... "Fugitive" being sought by Webster PD, Border Patrol and State Police with a helicopter. Last time I checked running from the police wasn't a crime. What exactly are they going to charge this person with when they find him? Everyone other than the driver of the motor vehicle being stopped by the police is permitted to leave the vehicle at any time.
LAST TIME YOU CHECKED, RUNNING FROM THE POLICE WAS NOT A CRIME???

You need to check your law book again.
It is very much against the law to run away from the police or any other law enforcement officer when they are detaining you. And no, if the car is stopped by the cops, the passenger can not just get out and leave.

Correction: There are no misspellings in CFofR’s ORIGINAL post other than lack of capitalization.

The mispelling was not a misspeeling. It was calling the Border Patrol Border Control. They just look for things to bash others on. I knew what you meant and that is good enough.
No thanks

Hey guys, per a competing news agency, the men were already known to the Border patrol. Also, failing to follow a lawful order given by a police officer is a crime.

If the police attempt to pull a vehicle over by shining or flashing their red lights, and the driver of the vehicle refuses to pull over, then the driver can be charged with felony fleeing. Also, all passengers in a vehicle that has been pulled over by the police must remain in the vehicle unless they are asked to get out of the vehicle by the police.

oh yeah, it shows the time of the update and the time of the posts. you there was the first retard to post after the update with all the info of why they were stopped. but you still asked "why were they wanted?" i'll tell you again since you still are probably wondering, they were speeding.
Usually I don't respond to such stupidity, but your audacity is incredible. I'll go over it more thoroughly, but this is it, ok? The initial report did NOT have any details, it basically just stated there was a manhunt in Webster. My question was intended for those who may have additional information-not for someone who's name so clearly states how offensively immature they are. AFTER my post was listed, the website was updated, and more details (ie:speeding, etc), were given. Think you can follow that? Now, how about you stop wasting space and other people's time and move on- I'm done.:)

If they were "already known to the border patrol" and they were "illegal", then why didn't border patrol arrests them and kick them out of our country, before they committed such a terrible crime of "speeding"????

I wouldn't want to see the bill for the helicopter that hovered over the area for two hours. A bit of overkill to find a beaner trying to make his way back to his Wayne Cty "job." ??

i'll bet a dollar that the people in the van were illegal aliens. they were criminals before the cops even pulled them over and should be deported.

can someone get this message to them?....
I need some drywall guys who don't complain. or at least if they do complain I won't care because I can't understand them. have them give me a call when they are done consulting with their civil rights attorneys.

just kidding. seriously, they should put the 3 of them on a plane and send them back to their native California where they belong.
