Liberty Pole Fcktardz are back in season. I wonder if they sold the Sibley building during the off-season, so the new owners wouldn't see the chaos going on outside there.

Why don't they just use the Liberty pole property to post area job listings and 'Wanted' posters of dead beat dads. That should get rid of the riff raff.

Its the RPD's Fault for the blacks acting like animals. How about blaming the RCSD white teachers as well? It can not be the kids or parents fault. Poor innocent little black kids again story.

Warren says her plan - Building Communities of Opportunity for All of Rochester - would refocus City Hall to address the city's unemployment and shrinking tax base.
She said, "Rochester should be proud of the recent redevelopment of our downtown, but we must resist the temptation to simplistically measure our economic growth in terms of the number of ribbon cuttings a year. Doing so has given our city a false sense of prosperity and diverted our attention from our most critical economic challenge - our burgeoning unemployment."
Her plan includes new public policy to link spending with job growth goals, new incentives for small businesses and new strategies to address the city's employment skills deficit. Warren also suggests using new technology to create what she calls an "open checkbook" of all city spending.
... Hey downtown is not the big picture, I don't shop there anyway! What can you do to stop crime? President your holding a high spot already and nothing seems to be changing. If elected as Mayor never mind
