Huge piles of money profits going out of town to the Seneca Sovereign Nation, Albany, the Gambling Conglomerate. No taxes from the Indians. Who pays for the additional issues the Casino causes? Guess: THE TAX PAYERS.

ICAM. How is it possible that the Senecas, a sovereign nation, can come into Henrietta, buy a huge chunk of land, land being off the tax rolls, assign the land for a casino, and the town officials not know about this? "I have no proposal," said their supervisor Moore. Playing dumb or is dumb?
