Nice! A scrap metal thief who is also paying back restitution gets more jail time than a drug abusing drunk driving unlicensed! I'm going to go hug my scrap pile and tell it it's safe now......I'll just worry about my friends and loved ones being nailed by the losers of the world driving a car wrecklessly while we're out innocently enjoying our summer events. Thanks American Justice!!!
