As much as I despise what this stupid, ugly, fat, black woman did, I was very surprised and then troubled that she got 5 years. I was expecting that she would get some jail time, but I thought it would be more like 1 year and probation. Five years is a VERY harsh sentence, and frankly doesn't make sense, relatively speaking. There is civil court to address pain and suffering. The old lady in her pink suit was so dramatic in court, she annoyed me too. Five years for a punch for someone with no prior criminal record makes me question the Judge in this case.
I was thinking the same thing. In fact when viewing the video it looks like the old woman was about to attack Jacquetta and she threw her arm up, now cause the old woman is a light weight, she flew on the ground. Didn't look like she purposely tried to hit her. Plus it's my understanding the old woman was a cashier, not a greeter. seems she was out of her area.

Anyone know how much time Jacquetta's brother got for being one of Batavia's finest CRACK dealers?
And was he also an honor roll student and Sunday School teacher?

I agree God :)(love that name). I watched the video. The older lady/cashier was away from her station and I don't know if that fact was ever brought up or explained at trial. These days, if you are a cashier, like at a gas station or a Walmart, you are trained to NOT confront a customer. In this case, it does look like this older lady left her cash register and chased after Jacquetta and therefore escalated the situation. The video is fuzzy, but I agree it does look like more of a "push", than a punch.

Okay, put yourself in this situation. If you are a cashier at Walmart, how do you end up getting your ass kicked in an aisle away from your register? Why do you think most employers warn employees to not confront customers? Why do you think most employers will fire an employee for doing so? So this big ugly black woman was in a bad mood and behaved poorly. What Ms. Old Lady should have done is backed off and called Security and let them handle it instead of trying to take matters in her own hands. She no longer works there. She claims it is because of her severe emotional issue trauma and injuries. BS! Walmart would not take her back at this point no matter what, but they have to deal with her disability claims, etc.

And this is why people like Jacquetta exist. They are never forced to take responsibility for what they do or act. "It's okay J, not your fault, she was away from her station, or she was probably thinking about attacking you..." The old lady did nothing to provoke this angry woman. But even if she did, a mature adult bites her tongue and gives her the receipt OR even an immature adult will just walk away. But no one ever hits someone or stands there and gets in an argument.

This woman is too angry to have children. Hopefully that baby will be given away to a good family to raise. I'm tired of angry violent people that think their actions rule this world. Get tough, lock them up until they learn how to exist in society.

My sentiments exactly, nothing excuses attacking an old lady, enjoy your prison stay.

Yeah, I can see my opinion is in the minority here. I can respect that. I wasn't trying to defend the offender. Still, Ms. Old Lady clearly overstepped her bounds and got her ass kicked. Old people are so set in their ways, and this woman lost her temper and got 5 years for it. It was her first "offense". And I'd like to know who the idiots are that voted that old people need special treatment. They must not have met my grandfather. He can kick your ass and he is 79. He knows better than to start a fight though. Did this woman have a receipt? That's what started it all, right? I bet she did.

I will be boycotting Walmart on Black Friday.
I think its racist that they call it that just cuz it's the most out of control shopping day, with mobs fighting over stuff and each other. people getting trampled and tons of shoplifting.

I always thought you were a smart person. If she would have shown her receipt, no punches would have been thrown. But because blacks act like animals instead of people, this black beast punched first. I also believe any employee at any store can question a person about a receipt. If this black animal had a receipt, she wowuld have taken the receipt out of her bag with her teeth and gave it to the Wal-Mart employee. All she had to do was show the receipt. Such a simple thing for a human being to do. I wonder why white people don't punch when asked to show a receipt. As far as your 79 year old grandfather, he might be very healthy and in very good shape, but I really doubt he can do any ass kicking at 79 years old.
