Learn to read the story he was not convicted of DWI or Killing the guy, all he was convicted of was leaving the scene of an accident they couldn't prove anything else, hence I would say the sentence was harsh for just the leaving the scene of an accident.

He's lucky that it wasn't one of my family members that he killed, as I would drink a six pack and park near his house till he came out and I'd run him over. It would be considered a DWI and I'd have no problem with doing 6 months in jail to get this a-hole off the streets.
