Rochester man stabbed on Monroe Ave.
Sgt. Jacqueline Shuman of the Rochester Police Department said officers were called to Highland Hospital around 3:20 a.m. for a stabbing victim with non-life threatening injuries.

Isn't it illegal to stab people? Why can't they come up with a law like the safe act for knives? SKB ACT.(Secure, Knife, Blade act).Because the NY SAFE ACT is working so well with keeping guns out of criminals hands (not).. Remember Its for the children.
