Have fun in Catholic school boys. You're lucky the nuns are not like the ones in the olde days with long yardsticks and torture devices for rude disrespectful kids.
Wonder if any of the families will sell their home and move to a different school district. Or ship the kid off to a grandparent who lives in a different town, so they can still attend free public school and get bussed.

I thought they got suspended from school for one year, or was that just for the school they go too. Catholic school tution is high, I know, my daughter went to them from 1st grade to 12th grade. I think the community service is a good punishment, but suspending them from school while they are so young is a bad idea, because now-a-days kids need as much classroom time as possible. Oh yea, the nuns aren't mean anymore?

They can either go to a private or parochial school. Or they have to go to the Alternative learning center for Greece Public Schools. Kind of like the one the city has for their scumbag students, I think it's over by Nick Tahous downtown.
Also, they dont get any busing. Either walk, bike or driven by someone.
They are suspened from attending JR High at Athena, Arcadia, Olympia or Odessey. If they behave, finish their community service and also a bullying workshop, they may petition to be reinstated to their former school in April.

Hopefully this sends the message loud and clear. Bullying and downright disrespectfulness will no longer be tolerated.

Okay thanks for the info. I'm glad they are getting a chance to get schooling somewhere. It's also good that if they finish up their "sentence" that they can go back to their own school. But those "old time" nuns would have really whipped (no pun intented) them into shape fast.

Man, I hope so. If it doesn't they will need a good kick in the butt. I think this punishment will work good, because the kids involved are so young.
