Rochester, N.Y.- The U.S. Attorneys Office said 45 illegal guns found in Rochester are tied to a man from Atlanta, Georgia.

Liddon Young, 32, faces several charges including:

•Criminal complaint with conspiracy to deal in firearms without a license;
•Dealing in firearms without a license;
•Transporting a firearm in interstate commerce with the intent to commit a felony;
•Traveling from one state to another to acquire a firearm in furtherance of dealing in firearms without a license.

Federal prosecutors allege Young sold the guns to an associate in Rochester, who then sold them to people in the Rochester area.

If convicted, Young faces up to 10 years in prison, a fine of $250,000, or both.

This is where to so called law makers should show their serious and nail everyone to the wall and give them all the time they can and enforce every dollar of every fine they can charge them with. My bet, we will only hear about this case when they go to court and then that will be the end.

Govt creates the gun blackmarket.

Blackmarket gun dealers are patriots.

People who are denied weapons for self defense should have a place to buy weapons.

Did the suspect help North Korean civilians buy AK-47's ?

CapriceCLUELESSClassic

Please feel free to jump in with your uninformed, low information opinions.
How are you going to blame whitey? How are you going to blame the Cops? After all they caught the guy after a lengthy investigation.
Who was the Black guy selling the guns to? What are these guns being use for? Against who?
Rather than arrest maybe a reward is in order?
So many unanswered questions. We need to hear from Caprice and her lack of wisdom.

Considering the City/Police allow unlicensed "Pharmacist" to operate on half the city streets & street corners.

Why not unlicensed "gun dealers"?

That would be racist.(you know)

Remember during the fall Rhondas Uncle said they they would soon be making/announcing several arrest involving shootings,murders and other cityish type things? And they never came about???

Hmmmm

Still no arrest or mug shot in the Tryon Park Murder?

Hmmm

Still no comments from the "Crew"

Could it be because it is one of their own, selling mega guns to their own, to go out and kill their own?

Or is it that old saying "Silence is Golden"

Daily Horoscope for May 25

Aries

Your emotions have the upper hand, making you rather fiery and fervent. That's great if you're hoping for a passionate encounter with you-know-who, because you'll be really hot stuff. However, in non-sexual situations you could become somewhat tempestuous and irritable, especially if you suspect that things aren't going the way you want.
