The city officials have the idea of arrest our way out of drugs and violence. Duffy spend millions of State taxpayers' money with operation impact. Gave jobs to lawyers, police, jailers. Put a lot of people locked up. Lots of single families, welfare, children growing up in the hood. And that's the next generation of more of the same. CAN'T ARREST YOU'RE WAY OUT OF CITY BLIGHT.

Violent Crime Stats for 2012.
NYC= 3.98 per 1000 residents. Victim chances=1 in 251.
Brooklyn = 6.78 per 1000 residents. chances=1 in 159.
Rochester = 9.63 per 1000 residents, chances = 1 in 104
Perception of violence? How about reality of violence.
Higher violence that both NYC and Brooklin.
