Albert, Oh, Albert. Tony's coming back to jail. Get him a nice room with soft walls. He'll bounce easier.

I can only hope the judge is awake for this one. He was sentenced for involvement in the murder of his former business partner, drug trafficking, and money laundering. He was a lawyer, an officer of the court, and so dirty they could not have removed the grime if they cut it off him with a knife. He had a plea bargain for 14 yrs, and backed out. Whined cuz he got 16 yrs, and had that overturned. Where the hell is the electric chair when you need it! MURDER ARRANGED BY AN ATTORNEY! and 16 yrs was too harsh! WAH,WAH,WAHm, POOR TONY - he should never get out of jail, and he should be put in with his co-conspirator who he rolled on - maybe that could remedy the problem...hope the law schools have added an ethics course to the curriculum, because we do not need lawyers like Tony!

Shit happens people yall would be just as greedy if it came down to it. Money makes the world go round so until you are in someones shoes maybe u should think twice about opening your traps and making judgement on people. Do you think the guy who was murdered was innocent too? What if it was the other way around? Just a thought! Not condoing murder or anything else for that matter. Just making a point that a lot of people forget to look at.

Just take him out back and hang him from a tree, and do it in Gates, so the rest of the Rochester area guidos can learn a lesson.

In my opinion, he's out way too soon. Crime does pay.

You basically took my name and removed the space. Now funny. Now do you mean Newark, NY which is nearly 35 miles from Rochester or another Newark?

On a note related to the topic, I agree Leonardo should be re-sentenced.

Come on my Newark nut, everyone on topix knows what Newark I am talking about and where we are from. I wish I could find my list of names you used to post under. Since moving to Fairport I lost track of all your names.

There are many people that live in Rochester and I've always been registered as "Diamond Daisy" and I got a new job so I work more hours but I'm getting paid more. That's why I haven't been on in nearly 3 weeks. As for Newark never been in NJ but drove through the NY one on my way home from Auburn (I don't like the thruway).

I thought that he fell on his head and was a vegetable?
Or was that meant to feel sorry for him?
