Two Men Plead Not Guilty to Gun Charges

Two Rochester men pleaded not guilty to gun charges in Federal Court.
Clive Hamilton, 30, was arrested in August with two registered handguns and marijuana in his car. He pleaded not guilty to possession of a gun while in possession of marijuana.
Hamilton was ordered to give up the guns. He faces up to ten years in prison when he is sentenced in August.
Walter Porter, 30, was arrested in January when officers found a loaded shotgun and heroin at his Rochester home. He pleaded not guilty to planning to distribute heroin and possession of a gun.
Porter faces up to ten years in prison for possession of the gun and up to 20 years for the drug trafficking charge at his August sentencing.
