Celiac disease was and still is under-diagnosed. An increased incidence remains to be proven.

When you put genetically engineered food, and processed foods with chemical additives in organic bodies, dont expect them to work right. This is why we have so much sickness now. Everyone is busy with the eyes on the poison from China and lead and all kinds of evils, when the FDA crooks promote all kinds of destruction to us and our children right here in the good old USA for big bucks. Our rights isnt the only thing thats been sold. And in frustration and the knowledge that theres not too much we can do to stop them, many just refuse to even look at it. It would scare the hell out of them.

2 We have more sickness now because we have more people. But we have less sickness per capita. All food is made up of chemicals to begin with. Genetically engineered food is superior food. |

Five years ago I would have laughed at you...but it was then that I took a job overseas where I live in various countries for my job (currently in Egypt, though not for long). I have been back to the states ONCE in five years and I can tell you that my health is not only BETTER but I am in better shape and health now than I was when I was 25 years old. Why? The food. I go back to America and I am shocked at what I find people eating, how they eat, btw check out HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP and the governments hand in the corn farmers in the states....real eye opening. Basically, stop eating anything that contains this posion...and grow your own food. Otherwise you're a sitting duck. |

alot of the problem is caused by wheat also in this country, it is the dirty grain there is. IT is then stripped of all nutrients and enriched, bromalated, which blocks all iodine from your system. along with the HFCS which is causing obesity and diabetes in this country. I go back to a story about a corn syrup plant in Pennsylvania, I believe it was. It had been closed down for over 10 years and the syrup was still in the pipes and tasted just as sweet as it did 10 years ago. Rats and varmetts all over the place, but they never touched the HFCS. |

1 UGGHHH...that makes me sick. I'm not surprised in the slightest either. When I went back to visit family in the states, I wanted to go to the grocery store and stock up on some things for my visit....as I stood in line with my toothpaste and personal care products, I began to look around me at the people standing in line. So many were so overweight...I couldn't figure out if I was just used to their sizes or I had been away so long in countries where people are a more 'normal' size. I looked into their grocery carts and was amazed at the things they were buying...everything processed. Everything made to sit on a shelf for extremely LONG periods of time to save money and make a profit for the manufacturer. Hardly any fruits, hardly any vegetables other than your average potato or onion here and there....whereas in countries abroad it's the exact OPPOSITE. Our grocery carts are FULL of vegetables (all kinds, btw), more than a third of what we buy are fruits, and you might pick up a processed something or the other now and then. Definitely you do NOT make it the bulk. The meat is also bought at a butchers where you know it is fresh, if you need it to be kosher/halal/etc., you can ensure that. Often you can choose what cuts you want and the butcher cuts it while you wait! You can choose the meats you buy and if the animals are free-range (which mostly they are)....and that goes for the produce as well. Organic organic organic....I think Americans are being slowly killed in a lot of things, all doped up on so many meds, I never saw so many people taking so many different medications for so many illnesses in my entire life. THEN they had to turn around and pay SUCH HIGH PRICES for medical care....and if you've never seen the documentary SICKO, watch it...it's absolutely like that overseas, the healthcare is really really good and completely opposite from America (for the better). I think if more people don't start to wake up and reevaluate what is going on in their lives and in their healths in America, it's going to get really worse really fast. Look at the rise in childhood obesity since the 70's !!! |

2 The blood type O & B have this problem. Type A & AB do not have this problem. Try to maintain 7 to 7.25 ph to avoid cancer in any blood type. Have fun! |

1 I practice alternative medicine which is still like VooDoo here in this country and people think you are cracked. I resently was hurt on my job and you cannot believe the audacity of some of these doctors when they realize that you will not take a pharmecutical. You then become worthless to them and they treat you as so. And then being a woman they just say you are depressed and are experiencing anxiety. Oh and you complain a lot if you tell them all the symptoms you have. It is the biggest circle jerk in this country, and I have come to find out that over half of our population is on a pharmecutical, and a third of them are on more than one. My husband and I are like you, I cook every night, things are from scratch, organic most of the time, no processed with with HFCS, no canola (better known in Europe as Rapeseed oil) no soy, and if we have wheat I make the bread myself and if we have pasta, it comes from Italy, no enriched any thing, that is poison and I think that is why people are also having problems with celiac disease. Americans are lazy, it is easier for them to buy something already made with what ever ingredients than to make it themselves with healthy ingredients. Believe me when I tell you, we eat like there is no tomorrow, but I am a size 28 waist and my husband is a 30 waist and we are in our mid 40's. I am appalled by the over weight in this country, it has become the norm, not the abnorm. Sad, very sad. I do not want to pay for the healthcare of these unhealthy people who can't/won't help them selves. |
