Rochester Hills residents sue to stop deer cull

The same day that the culling of up to 200 deer by Oakland County Sheriff's deputies appears to have gotten under way, two Rochester Hills residents filed a lawsuit to try to stop the operation.

I'm glad that someone has the guts to take on this city council. This needs to be stopped before someone gets hurt. The sheriff was culling deer during rush hour only a few hundred feet from a busy intersection. How can anyone say this is the safest alternative!
