I have known him for yrs and can tell you he wasnt trying to hurt or scare anyone. It was an honest mistake!!!!! He thought it was his car and didnt mean to scare the girls. Hes feel horrible about it. Hes truly sorry to the girls and their family. I know I have made the same mistake too. Like you havent???? He is not a creepy perv!!!!!!
