These are all brick townhouses with basements in Michigan. a tornado produces 90 mph winds. These a structurally sound complexes. These are in UTICA, MI not troy. AND really the PIG thing again ___ The Democrates won must we beat a daed horse...... Democratic National Convention hit upon the theme so well. Obama said, "You can put lipstick on a pig, but it's still a pig. You can wrap an old fish in a piece of paper called change. It's still going to stink after eight years."

TROY junk homes were built by BUILTMORE,Michigan has one of the lowest building standards and this company ask to lowwer the standards. and TROY was a SWAMP,,filled in by old JUNK YARDS and old Detroit houses of DETROIT,,so all ground water is polluted as it drains this bury TRASH in UNrecorded spots.

I drove by and think they are very nice.
The economy played a trick on me. I would love to get in this co-op and would feel blessed.
I am looking into them tomorrow. Keeping my finger crossed.
I thought they were ver cute, clean and welcoming.
I am not a spoiled brat, maybe someone who calls this place a pig sty is just that, just saying.
What are they going for.

Living in Village Square is like living in a Communist country. You have no rights or privacy, and they do a piss poor of maintaining the infrastructure. If you live here, at some point you will have sewage in your basement. The co-op manager, Trish, is also a nasty, threatening bitch. Do yourself a favor, and find somewhere else to live.

Nice home, but most parents don't respect the rule to keep their kids out of other peoples yards or off my custom made deck. Even though we have 7 playscapes for them. If you don't want to hear children screaming in your yard & can't afford to run the A/C 24/7 to kill the din, you probably won't like it.

I was ripped off by the management when I moved out. They everything is fine except kitchen counter top. So we replaced counter top and installed new carpet to appeal the new resident. But the management charged $3800 in the name of painting that 1000 sqft unit. When we asked for cost work sheets, they are giving excuses to delay it. Now given the request in writing and they are asking to come in person for board meeting. What a pain. The repair guys work with their employees and making (stealing) money.

I found that if you are on the wrong side of the spectrum meaning get in with wrong people, and management favor them your life will not be good! If you can manage to not say a word about anyone or anything that violates any rules that someone breaks your good. otherwise be prepared for one miserable life

I live here and completely agree with Jessica and Susan! The office manager leaves much to be desired! Rude, crude and frankly the most unprofessional person I have met and that includes her attire!

You got a surplus of complainers with nothing better to do than make others miserable. A great deal of residents who only show up for something if promised a freebie or have a chance of a prize...that results in a whole lot of grippers standing around and whining. Of these "winners" not one would lift a finger to help...trash on the ground...they walk by. A neighbor who could use help with shoveling their walk...heck no. Heck...clean up after their own dog...if nobody saw it poop they'd leave it and they do!

It's a very attractive place, the units are nice, it's maintained well...but it better be based on the monthly fee. It's community living at its finest...both good and bad! If you enjoy being outdoors then you'll love it here...the grounds are nice, plenty of playgrounds for kids, basketball courts, dog run and each unit has a small outdoor area. Don't expect to see your neighbors though most sit on their butts glued to their TV's.

We experience rolling brown outs on a regular basis, staff is always in and out of the units...but when constantly trying to make improvements this happens but don't expect them when they say they are coming. Expect little notice and if you get one excect it to be rescheduled! They do a ton of things what make you just wonder what were they thinking...but most of the time...it's community living you just go with it.

I have amazing neighbors...but not everyone can say that! Look it use to be HUD housing...that's all I'll say...once in some never left so....

The best improvement this place could ever make...find another office manager the peasants in her kingdom have had it...time to revolt!

Perhaps you should find somewhere else to live if you are so unhappy
