Oakland County commissioners' panel backs razing Phoenix Center
The Oakland County Board of Commissioners' 10-member Planning and Building Committee approved a resolution Tuesday to explore options to tear down the center, once considered a key element in the survival and future of Pontiac's downtown business district.
