Maybe if the govt had not taking our rights away and made bars smoke free this kind of stuff would not have happened. However there are bound to be more and more of this types of outside brawls because all the smokers have to go outside.

This is stupid hatecrap. My thoughts to the family. If somebody's jumped they don't deserve this crap and yes, a black guy can be jumped and not deserve it. What's wrong with you people. It sounds to me like he was probably doing the right thing stepping outside. I can't know for sure, but still can hope for the family that their child is okay. Obviously this bar & their clientelle need to get a grip on things.

He never got jumped, the case never even went to trail, it got dismissed!!!!!
