There will always be some who are happy with the elections' results and some who are unhappy. You'll have your shot in another four. That's not communism, that's democracy as the forefathers intended.

We are definitely moving towards socialism. Still if it makes you feel better Biden has hinted that he will be running in 2016, so that basically guarantees a republican win.

The battle is over. The war has just begun. The cowards can move on. They only get in the way.

Step aside. Save your luck for Obama's people. I don't believe in it. I make things happen.

what about acting against our constitution or working for a global one earth government ideal or the collective ideals? How about violating one's indivdual rights and liberties? How about forcing your view points by outlawing figures of speech (ex. f ^ g)

Yeah, free country sure

Your extremist views of the Constitution are incorrect - just as wrong as your assertion that Romney would win in a landslide.

If you call someone a name, you will not go to jail. You may get censored or the word may be filtered on websites, but you will not be visited by police for doing so. If you call someone that name while threatening them in another manner, then you'll likely face a charge of a 'hate crime' which is a different thing than the word being outlawed. By the way, I'm on the record against hate crime legislation as it's based on a false premise that one victim is more or less valuable than another victim. Back to your question, no, I personally do not think a person should go to jail for using an offensive word. I do think that people should be able to debate and discuss and disagree with decorum. It doesn't matter how we personally feel about one another, we can and should remain civil.

But, what does outlawed phrases of speech that aren't really outlawed have to do with communism? I don't follow your train of thought.

We are just talking about one point (also I mean in public not some online thing), but is free speech tolerated in Russia, China, France, Greece, etc. NO, no it is not - over there they have even outlawed different interpretations of history!

Also, if I get upset at a coworker (outside of work) and tell them to go F themselves and call them a f ^ g at the same time, I should face no legal reprucussions because of it

Outlawing any speech or terms is unconstitutional and akin to what communist/socialist nations do to enforce their wills on their people, there is no protected class, we are all one class

We agree that we are all one and that there ought not be a protected class. But, if you're trying to tell me you could face a criminal charge for merely saying, "F--- you, f--g" then I have to call your bluff. If you say it with a threat attached then you would, but you will NOT be in jeopardy of going to jail for simply saying those words. You may fear that will someday be the case, but I hope you understand that in reality words (without threats, slander, or libel) are not outlawed in the U.S.
