People of blue island this death. a life stolen. please think this could happen to anyone The person that did this is apparently familar with the area, this our town. this demented low life has violated our town, many of us just go to our cars and place of dwelling without giving a second thought of what is in our neighborhood, for the safty of our area eye whats around youFrom reading this forum I have noticed it appears that its mainly people who walk their dogs or go walking or bike riders are the ones who are more aware of their surroundings. If you see something thats not right think description, if the person is in a car plate no.and call the police immediatly I know some negative comments may arise about the BIPD but together as a whole community we can get the SCUM off our streets. do not them intimidate us we live and own our homes the SCUM are just passerbyers. This not the time to let it be to someone else or point fingers and state whose job is responsable for what as a community together no matter what our political differences are One common thread we love our town. My heart goes out to the mother who childs life was stolen that person will pay if not here, for sure in eternity.

Sandra what is known is not much. Unless somebody step's up this one will go into the "Cold Case " files. I hate the thought of that but it seems these days that "Keepin' It Real" is what allot of people go by & that "Talkin' to the Cops" is snitching. Don't believe me? I'm afraid I won't be surprised after that case in Ohio where 11 woman went missing and the case a few years ago in Roseland when the bodies of woman were turning up for years. Why is it that the disappearance or murder of a woman of color is met by the police with a "so what" attitude? Keep strong and make the police do their job so your sister isn't forgotten and to all the cowards who prey on women, all of you should burn in hell.

But if the community lives by the motto..."Don't Snitch, Don't Tell" How are the Police suppose to solve the crime. Somebody knows something but won't say.

Just like the community members that knew but didn't snitch about the Brown's Chicken massacre or John Wayne Gacy's house of horrors. Sorry, Casa, that reasoning doesn't wash since no criminal wants to get caught and to cite "Don't snitch” with, I perceive, an inference to the African-American community is a cop-out.

IMHO Many, many of today’s youth (i.e. young people pre-teen years and in some cases well into their 30’s) are being brought up on nothing but garbage, junk, and trash. They’re behavior, actions, manner of speech and dress, as well as their life style values reflect that.

While it may not be reality, fact, or the truth, I “perceive” that was the intention of the original post.

Check your mindset, Casa, since the newest fiends in the media are Hispanic.
